3. Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice. This must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with applicable law, Pixury maintains a policy of terminating or blocking users who are deemed to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
