What You CAN Do (Permitted Uses)

What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited Uses)
- Reselling “As-Is”: You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw Digital Asset files as a standalone product or on other stock image platforms.
- Direct Competition: You may not create a competing “Free Digital Asset” website using our library of assets.
- Trademarking: You may not register a trademark or copyright for the original, unmodified artwork.
- Unlawful Content: You may not use these assets for defamatory, pornographic, or illegal purposes.
Legal Particulars
1. Non-Exclusive License
Pixury grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, download, and modify these assets. This means other people can also download and use the same images.
2. Ownership
While you are granted a broad license to use the assets, the original copyright and intellectual property rights remain with Pixury and its contributors. You are purchasing/obtaining a license to use, not the ownership of the art itself.
3. No Warranty
All assets are provided “as is”. Pixury is not liable for any damages that may result from the use or inability to use our digital downloads.
